By accessing or using Gas Station Permit (the "Service"), operated by Parmanand LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gas Station Permit provides a $29 one-time informational permit-identification guide for gas-station owners. Gas Station Permit collects station ZIP code, station details, optional contact information, and payment-session information to generate permit information reports. All payments are processed by Stripe through its hosted checkout — your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch Gas Station Permit's servers. The Service provides informational tools and does not promise any specific outcome.
Gas Station Permit is NOT a substitute for professional advice. Information provided through the Service may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must independently verify all information with the relevant authority or licensed professional.
Information shown by the Service may not be comprehensive. Features, requirements, and details may vary by location, business type, or other factors not captured by our tools.
By using the Service, you assume all risk of relying on the information provided. You agree that Parmanand LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on information from the Service.
In no event shall Parmanand LLC's total liability exceed the greater of (a) fees paid in the past 12 months, or (b) $1,000. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory claimed.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parmanand LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You must independently verify all information provided by the Service with the relevant government agency, authority, or licensed professional before making any decisions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Parmanand LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
One-Time Purchase: Gas Station Permit charges a one-time fee of $29 for a beta initial permit information report, processed through Stripe's hosted checkout. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not generated a report. If a report has been generated, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; note that Section 16 below describes the refund terms applicable to delivered digital reports.
To request a refund, contact support@gasstationpermit.com with your purchase email and session ID. We will process refunds within 10 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Georgia. You waive any right to a jury trial.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
This section applies to delivered digital reports and governs over any general refund language elsewhere in these Terms. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not yet generated a report. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is a delivered digital good and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a report fails to deliver due to a technical error attributable to Gas Station Permit, contact support@gasstationpermit.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will re-issue the report or provide a credit at our discretion. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory refund right, and where the 30-day window and the delivered-report rule conflict for the same purchase, the 30-day window prevails unless a report was already generated. This refund limitation does not affect your statutory rights where applicable law prohibits such limitations.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports (the permit information reports the Service generates) to third parties, except to your own professional advisers or service providers who need the report to act for you; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or any non-public compilation, database, or dataset underlying the Service; (c) scrape or bulk-extract report content by automated means, other than through the public JSON API we publish at /api/agent/permits/{state_slug} and /api/agent/states, and only for the data those endpoints serve and subject to the rate limits we apply; (d) use the report content or any non-public data of ours to build or operate a competing permit-identification product; (e) submit false or misleading station information; or (f) interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access for a violation of this section, in addition to any other remedy available to us.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Parmanand LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service and our other products, without compensation or attribution to you. Please do not submit as feedback anything you consider confidential or proprietary. You waive any claim that a feature we later release infringes an intellectual-property right you hold in the feedback itself; this does not transfer, limit, or waive any pre-existing intellectual-property right you hold in material you did not submit as feedback, and it does not waive any right that cannot be waived as a matter of law. To the extent feedback includes station data or personal information, this section does not transfer ownership of that data and our handling of it remains governed by our Privacy Policy; if any conflict exists between this section and our Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.
